The European Economic Chamber of Trade, Commerce and Industry is an internationally operating non-governmental organization, established in the form of a legally accredited «European Economic Interest Grouping - EEIG» according to the EEC-Regulation of the Council of the European Communities of 25th July 1985. There are EEIG representatives in 41 countries of the world.

EEIG for Azerbaijan focuses on a wide range of activities:

• Contribution to the cooperation between the business people
of Azerbaijan and EU-countries
• Promotion of the mutual investments and partnerships
• Provision of consultancy and expertise for foreign investors
• Extension of the international cooperation in developing and adoption of the new technologies
• Implementation of the goods and services exchange
• Arrangement of the support for the private sector

EEIG for Azerbaijan is a stable mediator between partners in the Member States of the European Union and Azerbaijan. It is committed to innovation and improvement, providing realistic solutions and information to develop human and natural resources and to support health care provisions, safe environment, sustainable development and economic growth in the context of national priorities.
