In 2009 PNN Group launched in Baku a world-famous franchising project KFC, which was realized in a partnership with the "Yum! Brands" for the Azerbaijan Food Company (AFK). And the first KFC restaurant in Azerbaijan was successfully opened in 2011 at "Park Boulevard", the landmark shopping mall of the country’s capital.

The next step was the launch in 2012 of the first KFC restaurant in Kyiv for the Ukrainian Food Company (UFC). The restaurant is located at the food court of the "Ocean Plaza", which is Kyiv’s newest shopping mall.

PNN Group has recently signed three new leases in Kyiv and plans to open three new restaurants by the end of 2014.
